Eversmashing

Well, Saturday we went for Baby's ultrasound examination.  The OB that we saw (not my regular midwife) was quite abrupt and all business... not very good bedside manner, but he certainly knew his stuff!  He was able to point out to us all of Baby's features -- internal and external -- without even stopping for a breath!  We enjoyed the entire process -- Baby even seemed to wave at us at one point, which was adorable.  We chose not to find out whether Baby is a boy or girl, though the OB offered the information, so we know that to him it must have been obvious.  The OB said that he did not see any signs of abnormalities or things that we needed to be worried about; sounded like good news to us!  Baby's measuring right along with where s/he should be -- 19 weeks to go!

I've been feeling Baby more and more, though not necessarily stronger, just with greater frequency.  Jon's looking forward to being able to feel Baby's kicks and wiggles, too... hopefully soon!
